Who Not How

This is one of those reads that makes you scratch your head at how obvious the idea is.

In Western Culture, we have a cultural bias to do everything ourselves. This stems from our training in school and continues through our adult life.

But what if we embraced the more communal side of our nature? In tribal cultures, the health and wellbeing of the community outweighs the individual, and everyone works together to get things done.

What if we applied that same idea to our personal and professional lives? Instead of asking HOW to accomplish something, what if we started asking WHO could help us accomplish those things?

That’s the premise of Who Not How. Let’s start working together, building a network of Whos, and accomplishing more together than we ever could alone.
