What went well?
Loads of creative time.
Giving all of my businesses the time and attention they needed.
What needs work?
Being patient with my son when he comes to the cabin with me.
Being more proactive.
What did I learn?
I’ve been trying to be more proactive with my preparations so I don’t have to rush to prepare client designs, but the whirlwind of life has made it difficult to stay as well-prepared as I would like.
Also, when I’m rushing to get things done, I don’t feel like my family is getting the best version of “me” that they should. So…I’m going to take the time to prep more in advance at the expense of family time (quantity) to improve the quality of my family time when I’m home. Stress isn’t a good look on me.
