I haven’t been sleeping well lately, especially not last night. Today was supposed to be a productive day, but that didn’t happen. Lots of errands, and I ended up drawing late before I crashed:

What went well?

  • Not breaking the chain.
  • Getting in bed extra early.

What needs work?

  • I wasn’t able to sleep last night and couldn’t catch a nap during the day.

What did I learn?

The more I work on REALLY taking care of myself, the more sensitive I am when things don’t go right. Bad sleep hits me a lot harder than it used to, just because I’ve been taking steps to make sure I sleep well.
